Our custom designed 8″ point source Immersive model utilises a combination of an ultra powerful 1,75″ compression tweeter and a hard punching 8″ woofer in a coaxial arrangement. The 100º wide (conical) dispersion allows for close seating & large screens while maintaining full frequency coverage for the entire audience.
The speaker has an optional versatile installation bracket that allows for both ceiling- and wall installation with a great degree of flexibility. If installed without an angle, the bracket adds 28mm additionally from the back wall. If you prefer to install without any distance to the back wall / ceiling (and without any angle), the driver can be remover and the speaker can be directly attached through the cabinet using screws (without using the bracket). As the cabinet is made out in birch plywood this method would also provide a secure and tight installation.
A magnetic front grille is included.
Our in-house designed high power X-over filter is carefully tuned to help balance the speaker response at the critical X-over point.
Equipped with high quality rugged connectors with banana inputs.
